If you have problems related to Billing, Order email delivery, PIN number or other Web site related problems please contact North America Phone Cards customer service by e-mail: support@ciciphonecard.com

Email Order Delivery problems or Lost orders

If you did not receive your cards:

Please check your "SPAM" or "JUNK" email folders and mark our email as "NOT SPAM" or "SAFE".

If you cannot find our emails (blocked by SPAM filters), you have to:

Add our email "support@ciciphonecard.com" to your Contacts, Address Book or Safe-List
(you may also need to lower / disable SPAM protection, see instructions below).
Re-generate your order using the form:

Your invoice ID:

Invoice ID could be found in your receipt email or,
if you have a PayPal account, in your PayPal payment details.
