CiCi phone card has minute-by-minute billing and no extra service or connection fees. Poster minutes are the actual minutes received by customer for any number of calls. Toll free access number could be used from anywhere in Canada without extra charge as well. The only extra charge is 50¢ for use from public phone.

CiCi Phone Card Terms of Service
Usage based on 1-minute increments: For every one minute of use or less, customer shall be charged for the full minute. Additional charges may apply when using public phones. Additional charge of three cents per minute for calls placed through toll free access number from USA. An additional charge applies for calls placed through a toll free access number from North West Territories, Alaska and Hawaii. Liabilities are limited to the value of the phone card only. Rates and fees are subject to change without notice. Phone Card expires 180 days after first use. A disconnection may occur due to the quality of certain cellular or telephone networks beyond our control.
